An extremely well finished one bedroom, second floor apartment is available in the West End of Folkestone.
The building has just been newly renovated and refurbished to suit a luxury lifestyle. A stone's throw to Folkestone Central Station and the Town Centre, this would make a beautiful home for a working single occupant or couple.
On entry to the property, a hallway that leads you onto the large double bedroom fitted with brand new carpets and double glazed box sash windows. TV point and plenty of chrome affect plug points around the room. Finished with LED spotlights.
Opposite the bedroom is the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge, again fitted with brand new carpets and box sash windows. Giving a modern feel but keeping period features such as tall skirting decorative coving and picture rails really makes the apartment feel like home.
The kitchen is fully fitted with cream, high gloss units and granite worktops and includes an integrated washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with 4 ring hob and extractor fan. Hard laminate flooring and light grey tile surround.
Off from the lounge is the shower room. A WC, large sink with floating vanity unit and anti-fog, touch mirror lighting. A double walk in shower. Marble effect tiles on the floor and walls, LED spotlights and a quirky, chrome heated towel rail.
Gas Central Heating throughout, freshly painted and ready to move into.
