What is the contract length if I joined with you?

We have a minimum 6-month period to allow us to understand the property, create marketing material, and establish smooth processes.

How much do the management services cost?

We charge a competitive income-based fee — meaning if your property is vacant, you don’t pay. Discounts are available for multiple properties.

How soon can my property be listed?

Typically within 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly we can complete the marketing materials.

What happens if there is a problem during a guest's stay?

Guests contact us directly. You’re only involved in the rare case of a major emergency.

Can I use the property personally when I want to?

Absolutely! You’ll have access to a live calendar and can block out dates for personal use at any time.

How do I receive rental income payments?

Payments are made 3–5 working days after each booking clears. We can also arrange monthly or custom payment terms.

How do you price the rental?

We use dynamic pricing — increasing rates during high demand, and adjusting during quieter periods to maintain bookings.
