Further down the hallway is the bathroom with a WC, stylish freestanding large sink and vanity unit with large illuminated mirror and bath with overhead shower. Marble effect tiles on the floor and walls, LED spotlights and a modern black finish heated towel rail.

The second bedroom is a small single or would be a great study if you are now working from home.

The lounge is a great size, separate from the kitchen. Again finished with LED spotlights and new carpets throughout. The entrance to the kitchen is off of the lounge.

The kitchen is fully fitted with grey glossed units with ample cupboard space and granite worktops and includes an integrated washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with 4 ring hob and extractor fan. Hard laminate flooring and light grey tile surround.
